Program Evaluation

One of the key elements to completing any grant application is the "Evaluation" or "Assessment" section. More often than not, this is also the weakest element of the entire application for most organizations.

This section is designed to be a guide when establishing internal evaluation tools for tracking a program's effectiveness and impact. Much of the material from this section comes from the "Evaluation Training and Coaching Program Manual for Common Grant Application Users," created by a panel of Cincinnati-based funders in conjunction with Joan Ferrante and Kristie Vise of Northern Kentucky University.

A workshop covering the entire manual is available on CD-Rom for a nominal fee from NKU. Please contact Joan Ferrante at ferrantej@nku.edu for more information.
